Q. Which cartridges(s) does my printer/fax/multifunction use?

Q. What are your freight charges?
We ship all orders to the value of $100 and over (inc gst) anywhere in Australia FREE of charge. All orders under $100 (inc gst) are shipped anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $8.80 (inc gst).
Q. Where do you deliver to?
We will deliver to any location in any of Australia's states and territories. This includes physical street addresses as well as PO Box addresses. Yes, we can even deliver to the Northern Territory (NT) and Tasmania (TAS)!
Q. Can I pick up my order from one of your warehouses?
No, we do not permit pickups. We have state-of-the-art distribution facilities in Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (VIC), Brisbane (QLD), Adelaide (SA) and Perth (WA) and can deliver your order anywhere in Australia. As a guide you will generally receive your order the next day or following day after ordering - if you do not, you should contact us and we can advise the status of your delivery.
Q. What if I can buy my cartridges cheaper elsewhere?
We will attempt to beat any competitors' prices on genuine products Australia wide, however we reserve the right not to sell below cost. Simply contact us with details so we can follow up. When comparing prices please remember our freight policy.
Q. Do you supply to schools (.edu), universities (.edu), and government (.gov) organisations?
Yes, simply fax through a completed and authorised Purchase Order and we will process your order. Payment must be made within 30 days from the end of the month in which the order is invoiced. All other conditions remain the same.
Q. Do you supply to large business and corporate organisations?
Yes, simply fax through a completed and authorised Purchase Order and we will process your order. Payment must be made within 30 days from the end of the month in which the order is invoiced. All other conditions remain the same.
Q. Is my credit card payment secure?
Yes, credit card transactions are secured by our gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant and embraces the protection of an industry standard 128 Bit secure certificate. The gateway transmits encrypted data directly from yourself to the gateway provider and Westpac Banking Corporation (our banker).

Q. How can I pay?
Credit Card - We accept payment by either Mastercard or Visa, including Mastercard and Visa debit cards, via our secure payment gateway upon checkout.
Direct Deposit - We accept payment by direct deposit into our bank account. Our bank details will be emailed to you upon checkout.
Q. What if I am not home when my order is delivered?
If you are getting your order delivered to a physical address we will use a courier such as Toll Priority or others depending on the region you are in. Our couriers require somebody to be home to sign for the goods, unless you specifically let us know that you we can leave it at your property without a signature. You can do this by writing in the comments box on the checkout page.
If your order is being delivered to a PO Box we will use Australian Air Express. This will be carded and placed in your PO Box for collection. We do have some restrictions on the size package we can send to a PO Box, but this is generally limited at 4 toners.
